Food search is way more accurate now

Before the update, when you searched for "Pommes", you might get 5-10 foods that contained apple... but not the food "Pomme" itself.

That's fixed now.

The search used to correct typos too aggressively on short words. Now, queries under 8 letters must be an exact match, so you'll only get what you typed. The result you want is the first on the list.
