Workspaces & Team Management

We've just launched workspaces and team management—one of the top requests from our most experienced coaches.

Now, your Gymkee account is tied to your own workspace that you can manage. You can invite your team members, control permissions, assign roles, and more.

(That’s why there was a migration today)

You can also use the same account to be part of several workspaces from other coaching teams using Gymkee, and easily switch between them from the top left of your screen.

Coming in the next few days: the same will be possible for your clients.

One thing we didn’t expect was how many coaches in France use Gymkee—and how clients leaving one coach want to find another using Gymkee.

Until now, clients could only have one coach, which caused quite a few problems. Workspaces solve that.

Here's everything you can do with this feature:

• Easily add people to your team (no more needing support)
• Assign specific roles with clear permissions for each role
• Manage each team member’s permissions and access
• Assign clients to team members and hide all others
• Hide your clients’ last name, email, and phone number from other coaches in your workspace.
• See an activity log to track everything your team members do (client updated, progress photos viewed, training log opened...)
• Have multiple workspaces on Gymkee for different activities
