How to Do Bent-over Row – Gym80

Instructions:
Stand upright the Gym80 machine, grip the handles with both hands.
Bend at the hips to bring your torso forward until it’s roughly parallel to the floor. Keep your back flat and knees slightly bent.
Brace your core and pull the handles toward your torso by driving your elbows back.
Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top of the movement.
Lower the handles slowly and under control until your arms are fully extended.
